Since Symmetry agents spend so much time protecting others, we think it’s only right that we help protect them . That’s why we developed the Protect the Protector program, a comprehensive benefits package that all full-time Symmetry agents can access. Through this initiative, our agents have access to exclusive deals on health, dental, vision and life insurance.
Our Protect the Protector program has been around for a short time already. Still, we’re always looking for ways to improve upon the value of these benefits and help our agents get more out of this initiative.
This year we’ve added benefits to our Protect the Protector initiative to provide unprecedented insurance coverage for our agents. Symmetry agents (who work a minimum of 20 hours a week) are eligible for life, health, dental and vision insurance at a fraction of the cost of what they’ll find in the marketplace. What’s more, each of these plans is comprehensive and capable of protecting our agents whatever their medical needs may be.
Any full-time Symmetry agent is eligible to enroll in our Protect the Protector program. Full-time is defined as any agent working a minimum of 20 hours per week. Additionally, your spouse or domestic partner as well as children up to the age of 26 are also eligible for coverage. While there are regular enrollment periods, any new agent has 30 days after their agent appointment to enroll.
With Protect the Protector, we offer all full-time agents the chance to cover themselves and their families with a life insurance policy. New agents can practice writing their first policy on themselves with up to $400,000 in coverage, no medical exam and 25 or 30-year term options.
Beyond that, the first year of premiums will be covered entirely by Symmetry . With add-on riders like accidental death and common carrier provisions, agents can find policies that fit them and their loved ones best. All agents must be contracted with the respective carrier before applying for a policy.
Symmetry agents have access to a wide selection of medical benefits when using our Protect the Protector initiative, including virtual health, behavioral health and Rx benefits. Through this simple enrollment process, they can expect guaranteed issue insurance without a waiting period.
With a nationwide network of doctors and hospitals, Symmetry agents have easy access to medical professionals whenever they need them.
Agents will also have access to a premier dental plan that is accepted nationwide. We also offer vision benefits that provide generous coverage for your exam, lenses and frame needs.
