On Thursday, November 7, Symmetry Financial Group agents and staff gathered in Asheville, North Carolina for the annual Symmetry Challenge fundraising event, featuring a 5k race and dodgeball tournament. Fundraising efforts were fueled by the generous donations of hundreds of Symmetry Financial Group agents, who traveled from across the nation to participate in the event. In total, agents and staff raised over $200,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation!
The day-long event featured a 5k race, a dodgeball tournament and live music. The event culminated with a Wish Presentation for a North Carolina teenager.
The average cost of one wish ranges from $6,000 to $10,000, and through the fundraising efforts from the Symmetry Challenge, many children in Central and Western North Carolina will be able to have their wish granted for the holiday season.
